布地奈德/福莫特罗与沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察布地奈德/福莫特罗与沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗轻中度持续支气管哮喘患者的疗效和安全性。方法:96例轻中度持续支气管哮喘患者随机分为三组,布地奈德/福莫特罗组,沙美特罗/氟替卡松组和对照组。结果:治疗后布地奈德/福莫特罗组和沙美特罗/氟替卡松组较对照组的晨起与夜间呼气峰流速(PEF)均有明显改善,症状评分及平均每天使用沙丁胺醇的揿数均明显下降。结论:使用布地奈德/福莫特罗与沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗轻中度持续支气管哮喘患者,是安全有效的。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of Budesonide/Fomoterol and Salmeterol/Fluticasone in the management of mild to moderate asthma.Methods：96 patients with mild to moderate asthma were treated in a randomized,controlled study with 3 groups,the Budesonide/Fomoterol group,the Salmeterol/Fluticasone group and the control group.Results：The active treatment with Budesonide/Fomoterol or Salmeterol/Fluticasone both obviously improved the morning and the evening peak expiratory flow（PEF）,reduced the scores of symptoms and the use of rescue medication in the two groups.Conclusion：The treatment with Budesonide/Fomoterol or Salmeterol/Fluticasone in patients with mild to moderate asthma should be considered as safe and effective.
