摘　　要：通过观察167例消化性溃疡患者壮医目诊表现以及电子胃镜表现,根据壮医辨证原则将消化性溃疡分为谷道热痧型、谷道血瘀型、谷道虚劳型三种证型,试图从壮医目诊诊断与壮医证型关系、胃镜诊断与壮医证型关系、壮医证型与目诊表现积分关系等角度探讨消化性溃疡壮医目诊表现与证型关系,为壮医辨证论治开辟新的前景。Objective： To observe the expression of EOCM and electronic gastroscope through 167 patients of peptic ulcer. And according to the dialectical principle of Chuang Medicine, peptic ulcer was classified into three types： Gu Dao Re Sha, Gu Dao Xue Yu and Gu Dao Xu Lao. This paper tries to explore the relationship between the EOCM expression and its syndromes of peptic ulcer from the aspects of the relationship between EOCM diagnosis and Chuang Medicine syndromes, gastroscopic diagnosis and Chuang Medicine syndromes, Chuang Medicine syndromes and integral relationship of EOCM. Opens up new perspectives for the differential diagnosis of Chang Medicine.
