越南ICT产业快速发展原因探究

摘　　要：近年来,越南ICT产业发展迅猛,是亚太低收入经济体中ICT进步最快的国家,被国际电信联盟列为仅次于中国之后成长最快的ICT市场。介绍越南ICT产业的最新发展,采用三个评价指数分析越南ICT产业竞争力状况,并探究其快速发展的原因,具有一定的意义。In recent years,Vietnam＇s ICT industry is developing rapidly,which is a low-income economy with the fastest progress in ICT among the Asia-Pacific countries,and was listed as the second fastest-growing ICT market only after China by the International Telecommunication Union.This article describes the latest developmentds in Vietnam＇s ICT industry,uses three bevaluation indexs to analyze the situation of Vietnam＇s ICT industry competitveness and explores the reasons for the rapid development of Vietnam＇s ICT.
