摘  要:考察10味中药对细脚拟青霉液态摇瓶培养过程中胞内腺苷和生物量的影响。结果显示,葛根、何首乌和苦荞能增加细脚拟青霉胞内腺苷量和生物量;三七、百合和连翘对细脚拟青霉胞内腺苷影响较小,但对生物量促进作用明显;金银花、枸杞、甘草和黄芪对生物量增加有一定抑制作用。在此基础上,进一步考察pH的影响,结果表明,在起始pH为7.5,何首乌的添加量为12.5 g/L时,胞内腺苷含量达到最大,为1.9847 mg/g。Ten kinds of Chinese traditional medicines were added into the medium for culturing a fungus Paecilomyces tenuipes. The results showed that the adenosine production in the myceliun and mycelial biomass increased when Redices pueraria, Radix polygoni multiflori and Tartary buckwheat were added. There were increases on mycelial biomass but no change on the adenosine production in the myceliun when Panax notoginseng, Lily and Forsythia suspensa were added. Mycelial hiomass decreased when Flos Lonicerae, Chinese wolfberry, Glycyrrhiza and Astragalus membranaceus were added. Based on the results, the effect of initial pH value on the adenosine production in the myceliun was investigated. The results showed that the adenosine production in the myceliun could reach the maximum of 1. 984 7 mg/g, when Radix polygoni muhiflori was added at 1.25% and the pH value was 7.5.
