摘　　要：摄像头是常用的影像捕获工具,Delphi是常用的数据库系统前端开发工具。介绍了利用Delphi控制摄像头,进行静态图片的抓取、剪裁、保存操作,提出了图像信息采集系统的解决方案。Camera is used to capture images of the tools.Delphi is commonly used as the development tool in front of the database system。This article describes how to use Delphi control the camera to grab,clipping or save the static pictures.Putting a solution of Image Captured Systems.
