摘　　要：针对传统制造方法在钛及钛合金可摘除局部义齿支架制造中的不足,研究了采用选择性激光熔化激光快速成型技术制造义齿支架的方法。利用自主开发的激光扫描显微(SLM)激光快速成型设备和软件控制系统,在大量工艺试验的基础上,优化最佳工艺参数,制造了钛合金可摘除局部义齿支架。结果表明,SLM激光快速成型技术完全可以满足钛及钛合金支架的制造要求。Selective laser melting rapid prototyping technology was employed to removable partial denture framework fabrication in order to conquer the shortages that denture framework was manufactured by traditional manufacture method using Ti or Ti alloy.Ti alloy removable partial denture framework was built by SLM system developed by ourselves and the optimal parameters gotten by a great deal of technics experiments were employed to the denture frameworks fabrication.The results showed：SLM rapid prototyping technology can fully satisfy to the needs of Ti or Ti alloy denture framework fabrication.
