摘  要:随着锯片行业竞争的日益激烈,质量成为赢得市场的关键。从顾客感知的质量指标入手,包括锯片性能、价格、支付条件和服务等四大指标,运用层次分析法建立硬质合金齿圆锯片的质量评价体系,通过分析影响硬质合金齿圆锯片质量的各种指标,确定指标权重,找出控制重点。分析结果表明性能指标里面硬度、硬度差、平面度、润湿角和内孔直径是影响锯片质量的重要指标。该方法用于硬质合金齿圆锯片的质量评价体系的建立,可以有效地识别关键生产过程和产品的关键特性,为质量控制提供了重要的理论依据和实践参考。With the blade of the increasingly fierce competition,quality has become the key to winning the market,from the customer perception of quality indicators to start,including of the saw blade performance,price,payment terms,service,and so on.The quality evaluation system for hard alloy tooth circular saw blades is established based AHP,through the analysis of the impact of the various indicators of quality,the index weight is determined,and the critical control points is identified.The results show the hardness and the hardness difference,flatness,wetting angle,and inner-hole diameter are important indicators of influencing blades quality index in the performance.The method of hard alloy tooth circular saw blades for the quality assessment system is an effective way to identify key production processes and products of the key characteristics of quality control to provide an important theoretical basis and practical reference.
