摘　　要：通过对车辆底盘自动集中润滑系统进行分析,研究故障检测的方法与装置设计,当润滑系统存在故障时,故障检测装置对系统相关元件进行控制并完成报警,为系统提供了安全保障。Based on analyzing automatic and centralized grease lubrication systems for vehicle chassis, the methods and instrument of trouble inspection was designed; this device can control the relative parts of system, and accomplish giving an alarm when it checks trouble to be present at the lubrication systems, and it can provide safety guaranty for system.
