FAAS Determination of Trace Elements in Various Positions of Plants of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Grown in Zhong-jiang County

摘  要:用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了丹参根、茎、叶中微量元素钙、镁、钾、铜、锌、锰、铬、钴、镍、铁、鉛和镉的含量。经粉碎并通过孔径为0.30 mm样筛的样品,用硝酸-过氧化氢混合溶液消解处理后,经高氯酸冒烟。溶液中加入浓硝酸,并稀释至100 mL(于容量瓶中)后,供火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。对方法的回收率及精密度作了试验,回收率为95.2%~105.3%,相对标准偏差(n=9)均小于3.0%。丹参植株中12种微量元素的总含量(μg.g-1)由高到低顺序为:叶>茎>根。其中人体必需的微量元素锌、铁、锰、铜及有害元素铅和镉也均有显著的存在量。Twelve trace elements,including Ca,Mg,K,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cr,Co,Ni,Fe,Pb and Cd,in various positions,i.e.roots,stems and leaves,of plants of Salvia Miltiorrhiza,were determined by FAAS.The powdered sample(to pass through screen with bore diameter of 0.30 mm) was digested with HNO3-H2O2 mixed solution and fumed with HClO4.The solution was taken up with conc.HNO3 and used for FAAS determination after diluting to 100 mL in a volumetric flask.Recovery and precision of the method were tested giving results of recovery in the range of 95.2% to 105.3% and values of RSD′s(n=9) less than 3%.As shown by the analytical results,magnitude of total amounts of the 12 elements in various positions of the plants was in the following order: leavesstemsroots,and both the essential elements(Zn,Fe,Mn and Cu) and harmful elements(Pb and Cd) were found in significant amounts.
