摘  要:利用可视化装置,分析比较了直喷式柴油机燃用生物柴油与常规柴油的喷雾燃烧过程。研究结果表明:生物柴油的喷油时刻较早,着火时刻提前,着火滞燃期缩短,在早期预混燃烧阶段的燃烧速度大于柴油,而在扩散燃烧阶段的燃烧速度比柴油低。通过分析燃料性质、转速和喷油压力这3种因素对生物柴油燃料喷雾燃烧过程的影响,从而得出影响规律为:混合燃料喷油始点、着火时刻均有所提前,滞燃期变短,B5混合燃料的最高燃烧压力最高且出现稍早;生物柴油在高转速工况时的燃烧速度大,且最高燃烧压力也略高;随着喷油压力的提高,滞燃期缩短,燃烧持续期相应缩短,最高燃烧压力升高。Using the visualization facility, the differences in injection and combustion processes for DI diesel engine fueled with biodiesel and regular diesel fuel were studied. Results show that for the-biodiesel, fuel injection timing is earlier, combustion phasing advances and ignition delay shortenes, and its combustion is faster in the initial pre-mixed combustion stage, but slower in the spread combustion stage compared with the diesel fuel. Analyzed the effects of three factors, fuel characteristics, engine speed and injection pressure on biodiesel injection and combustion processes, following conclusions are reached: for the mixed fuel, injec- tion timing and combustion phasing advance and ignition delay shortenes, the max. combustion pressure of mixed fuel B5 is the highest and occurs a little earlier. For the biodiesel, the combustion is faster and the max. combustion pressure is higher in high speed conditions. With injection pressure increasing, the ignition delay and the combustion duration become shorter and the max. combustion pressure gets higher.
