归脾汤超微饮片治疗肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症30例总结  

A Summary on 30 Cases of Leucopenia after Chemotherapy for Treating Malignant Tumor Treated by Submicron Powder of Guipi Decoction

摘　　要：目的:观察归脾汤超微饮片治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后所致骨髓损伤的临床疗效。方法:将90例化疗后出现白细胞减少症的患者随机分为3组,分别以归脾汤超微饮片、归脾汤传统汤剂和西药治疗。结果:超微组、汤剂组、西药组的显效率分别为76.7%、46.7%、43.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超微组达到显效的时间为(13.1±1.4)天,较汤剂组、西药组均短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组生存质量比较,超微组好转率均明显高于汤剂组、西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:归脾汤超微饮片具有升高白细胞、改善其生存质量的作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on impaired marrow after chemotherapy for treating malignant tumor treated by submicron powder of Guipi decoction. Method ： 90 cases of leucopenia were randomly divided into three groups and treated separately by submicron powder of Guipi decoction, Guipi decoction and western medicine. Results： The notable effective rate in submicron pow- der of Guipi decoction group, Guipi decoction group and western medicine group were 76.7% ,46.7% and 43.3% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time to reach notable effective rate wasl3.1 ＋ 1. g days in submicron powder of Guipi decoction group, there was statistical significance as compared with Guipi decoction group and western medicine group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The improvement rate of living quality in submicron powder of Guipi decoction group was higher than other two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Submicron powder of Guipi decoction had effect for raising white cells and improving living quality.
