摘　　要：探讨长绒棉Tencel羊绒混纺纱的纺纱工艺。通过合理选择原料混和方式、工艺流程、原料的预处理方法、正确配置各工序纺纱工艺参数及采取必要的技术措施,认为长绒棉与羊绒手工混和制成预并条,再与Tencel预并条和长绒棉精梳条进行混并的混和方式比较合理,可以确保混纺比例准确,使纺纱顺利进行,半制品和成纱质量都有所提高,生产的长绒棉Tencel羊绒15.4 tex混纺机织纱各项指标均达到了使用要求。Spinning processing of long-staple cotton Tencel cashmere blended yarn was discussed. Raw material blending method,processing and pretreatment method were selected rationally, spinning processing parameter in each process was set correctly and necessary technology measures were adopted. It is rational to produce long-staple cotton and cashmere blended sliver first, then the long-staple and cashmere pre-drawing sliver was blended with Tencel predrawing sliver and combed long-staple sliver. Blended ratio could be make sure precisely, production could be successfully,semi-product and finish yarn quality could be improved, finally each quality indexes of long-staple cotton Tencel cashmere 15.4 tex blended yarn could reach use demands.
