安徽省中部地区职业人群血压正常高值状况及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解安徽省中部地区职业人群血压正常高值状况及相关危险因素。方法选取2008年8月在安徽省立医院健康体检中心体检的所有企事业单位(41家)职工2089人,实际研究对象2019人。测量血压、身高、体重、心率、血糖及血脂等,并进行个人既往血压史、生活饮食及饮酒等情况问卷调查。结果该地区职业人群血压正常高值检出率为30.3%。其中男性检出率为34.3%,随年龄增长呈下降趋势,女性为22.5%,在60岁前随年龄增长呈递增趋势,男女性检出率差别有统计学意义(P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,与血压正常高值有关的危险因素是:年龄(OR=1.023,95%CI:1.010～1.035),男性(OR=2.992,95%CI:2.223～4.027),心率(OR=1.044,95%CI:1.030～1.057),超重及肥胖(OR=2.523,95%CI:1.867～3.408)。结论安徽中部地区职业人群血压正常高值率接近全国平均水平,存在多种危险因素,应积极控制体重。Objective To assess the current status of prehypertension and its risk factors for the occupational population in the middle area of Anhui Province. Methods Of 2 089 subjects from 41 enterprises and public institutions who took a routine physical examination in Health Examine Center of Anhui Provincial Hospital in August 2008, 2 019 were selected and finished examination of their body height, weight, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose and lipid, and the questionnaire survey on personal histoo＇ and life style were adopted in this study. Results Among the participants, the rate of prehypertension in this area was 30.3%, 34.3% in male and 22.5% in female （P〈O.001）; the rate in male declined obviously with age, but in female increased with the age before 60 yrs old. The muhivariable logistic regression results showed that age （OR=1.023, 95%C1： 1.010～ 1.035）, male （2.992, 2.223-4.027）, heart rate （1.044, 1.030～1.057） and overweight ＆ obesity （2.523, 1.867～3.408） were risk factors associated with prehypertension. Conclusion The prevalence of prehypertension among occupational population in the middle areas of Anhui Province is approaching the national average level, and it was associated with many risk factors.
