摘  要:经1991~1995年室内、田间试验,筛选出丙环唑(Propiconazole)、三唑酮(Triadimefon)等三唑类杀菌剂为防治小麦根病的有效药剂。这类内吸性的杀菌剂不仅对小麦根病的主要致病菌全蚀病菌(Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici)和麦根腐离蠕孢菌(Bipolaris sorokiniana)毒力强,且对小麦生长有良好的调节作用,可降低小麦苗期株高,促进根系发育,提高幼苗根冠比,增强根系活力,增加单位重量叶片叶绿素含量。在各试验处理中,以25%丙环唑EC拌种加苗期喷洒白穗防效高达98.4%。改变药剂剂型和处理方法,延长药效,且提高防效,湿拌闷种的防病增产效果优于干拌。Propiconazole and Triadimefon etc. , belong to triazole fungicides,are effective bactericides to wheat root diseases through laboratory and field experiments from 1991 to 1995. The triazole fungicides have strong toxicity to Gaeumannomyes graminis var. tritici and Bipolaris sorokiniana. ,the main pathogens of wheat root disease. It can reduce the height of wheat seedlings, promote development of wheat roots, increase ratios of roots to crown,reinforce activity of roots,and raise chlorophyll content of unit weight . Among the treatments,the best effective one is applying 250 EC Propiconazole mixed withseeds and spraying whitehead during the seedling stage, whitehead efficacy is 98. 4%. The products' effects for controlling root disease will be enlarged and whitehead efficacy will be increased by modifing way of it's application and formulations. White-head efficacy and yield increasing effects by soaking seed are higher than that of dry seed dressing.
