摘　　要：目的分析2005—2008年射阳县居民主要死因。方法利用射阳县2005—2008年死因登记报告系统数据和公安局提供的人口资料,对射阳县居民的主要死因进行统计分析。结果 2005—2008年该县平均粗死亡率为621.38/10万,标化死亡率为464.06/10万,其中慢性非传染性疾病占85.44%,处于死因前5位的分别是恶性肿瘤(222.15/10万)、脑血管疾病(129.31/10万)、呼吸系统疾病(82.23/10万)、心脏病(61.61/10万)、损伤与中毒(60.60/10万)。结论慢性非传染性疾病已成为影响该县居民健康的主要疾病,其中恶性肿瘤处于首位,应加强其综合防制工作。Objective To analyze main causes of residents deaths from 2005 to 2008 in Sheyang County. Methods Surveillance data on the causes of deaths and demographic data in Sheyang County were collected and analyzed. Results The average mortality rate was 621.38/105 and standardized mortality was 464.06/105 from 2005 to 2008, and the rate of chronic noninfectious disease accounting for 85.44% of the total death. The top-five causes of death were malignant tumor （222.15/105）, cerebrovascular disease （129.31/105）, respiratory disease （82.23/105）, heart disease （61.61/105） and injury and poisoning （60.60/ 105）. Conclusion Chronic non-infectious disease has become a main cause to endanger the residents＇ health and malignant tumor was the most common death cause in Sheyang County. So, comprehensive prevention and control of chronic non-infectious diseases should be strengthened, especially for malignant tumor.
