网络环境下高校图书馆读者群体的阅读需求

摘　　要：高校图书馆的大学生、研究生和教师等读者群体的阅读需求发生了很大变化,网络环境下,一些高校图书馆已经不能满足这些读者的阅读需求。同时,大学生的阅读盲目而分散;研究生的阅读求新求全得不到满足;专业教师团队需要科研查新和信息再开发也不能满足。文末讨论了问题的原因及其解决办法。In terms of the readers＇ psychology,the author makes a deep analysis and comparison on the reading requirements of university readers,such as students,graduates and teaching staff.It＇s evident that the reading requirements of university readers could not be met at university libraries.For example,the students＇ reading requirement seems to be divergent or blind.The graduates＇ reading requirement tends to be the latest and most comprehensive,which,nevertheless,could not be satisfied at university libraries.The teachers＇ reading requirement focuses on academic research,investigation of new technology and the second development of massive information,which is also hard to satisfy in university libraries.These problems are fully discussed and offered some solutions in the paper.
