摘　　要：本研究以转制科研院所为研究对象,以2008年实际数据为基础,利用DEA模型研究了转制科研院所运营效率。研究发现,尽管当前我国转制科研院所已经处于较高水平,但是仍然存在着较大投入冗余与产出缺口,同时,不同地区转制科研院所运营效率存在着差异,针对这种现状本研究提出了相应的政策建议。This research took the state - owned scientific research institutes as research objects and based on the actual datas in 2008 to study their operational efficiency by means of BCC model of DEA. The research had discovered that although the current operational efficiency of state - owned scientific research institutes are already at high level, they still had the big investment redundancy and output gap. Simultaneously,the operational efficiency of different local state - owned scientific research institutes was quite diverfied. In view of this situation - based study, this research had submitted corresponding policy suggestions.
