基于Web的高校图书经费模糊分配与采购专家系统的研究

摘　　要：本文根据图书经费的影响因素,提出了图书经费模糊综合评判模型。使用VB语言,结合Access数据库成功进行了图书经费分配与采购专家系统的核心——经费分配在线软件的开发。该软件实现了专家按公平席位原则分配产生,产生的专家根据经费影响因素的统计数据对各专业的经费进行模糊综合评判,并加权计算出各专业的图书经费;根据分配的经费,专家在线民生选书和领导决策网络招标购书。专家系统能使图书采购最大限度地满足教学与读者需求。Based on the influence factors of book funding,this article proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of library funding.Using VB language and combing with the Access database,the article successfully develops an online software for the allocation of book funding,which is the core of the expert system for the allocation of book funding and for the purchase of books.The experts are elected according to the principle of fair seat.Each professional book funding accepts a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by experts in the light of the statistical data of the influence fac-tors of the funding,and each funding is a weighted calculation result.According to the funding allocated,the experts select books democratically and the leaders decide to purchase books according to the online bidding.The expert system can make the purchase of books satisfy the needs of readers and teaching to the greatest extent.
