摘  要:目的探讨18F-FDG脑PET显像和视频脑电图(VEEG)在癫痫灶定位中的价值及其联系。方法 42例患者均行18F-FDG脑PET显像、VEEG,与术中脑电图(EcoG)比较。结果发作间期42例患者PET检查38例阳性,阳性率92.9%;42例患者VEEG阳性37例,阳性率89%;PET与VEEG检查完全一致或部分一致率分别为54.8%和19%;42例患者PET检查34例与术中EcoG相符,符合率80.9%;VEEG符合率60%。结论 18F-FDG脑PET显像是定位诊断顽固性癫痫致痫灶的一种无创、灵敏、较VEEG更加准确的方法。Objective To explore the values of 18F-FDG brain PET imaging and video-EEG(VEEG) in localizing epileptogenic foci and their relation. Methods 18F-FDG brain PET imaging, VEEG, and intra-operative electrocorticography(EcoG) were performed on 42 patients with intractable epilepsy and their results were compared. Results Among the 42 patients, PET and VEEG showed abnormalities in 38(92.9%) and 37(89%) patients respectively, PET and VEEG showed identical lesions in 23 patients(54.8%) and partially identical lesions in 8 patients(19%), PET and intra-operative EcoG showed identical lesions in 34 patients(80.9%) while VEEG showed identical lesions in 25(60%). Conclusion 18F-FDG brain PET imaging is noninvasive, sensitive and more accurate than VEEG in locating epileptogenic foci.
