摘　　要："重大新药创制"关键技术的选择研究和评价,对药物研发行业领域的发展及相应政策的制定,对提高医药产业的竞争力具有重要意义。文中探讨了建立新药创制关键技术评估指标的基本原则;确定了针对新药创制各个环节关键技术的综合评价体系;为新药研发领域关键技术的评价和考核提供参考手段和方法。To assess and study how to choose key technologies in the ＂key new drug creation and development programme＂,is very important for the development of pharmaceutical industry,policy decision and improving industrial competitiveness.In present study,the fundamental principles were developed for the assessment of key technology in the ＂key new drug creation and development programme＂,the comprehensive evaluation system was established for the key technologies in above programme,and reference tools and methods were provided for evaluation and assessment of key technologies in new drug RD.
