摘　　要：目的:了解垂体后叶素引起严重低钠血症的原因及防治方法。方法:1例支气管扩张患者应用垂体后叶素治疗后引起严重低钠血症,并导致患者发生渗透性髓鞘溶解综合征。药师参与了诊治过程,并对用药情况进行分析。结果及结论:低钠血症者补钠需要严格遵循缓慢持久的原则,快速纠正血钠可能危及患者生命。Objective： To analyze the mechanism,prevention and treatment of severe hyponatremia induced by hypophysin.Methods： One patient with bronchiectasis was treated with hypophysin and then severe hyponatremia was induced leading to osmotic myelinolysis.The diagnosis,treatment and medication were analyzed.Results and Conclusion： Supplement of sodium should be slower and more persistent for hyponatremia;rapid rectification of hyponatremia may be fatal.Choice of drugs should be based on the patients＇ specific conditions.
