摘　　要：从建筑布局、服务方式及管理模式等3方面论述了图书馆实行通透式管理势在必行,探讨了实施通透式管理所必需的条件。This paper expounds that the open and transparence management in library is imperative from three aspects of architectural composition,service mode and management mode,and probes into the necessary conditions for implementing the open and transparence management.
