摘　　要：阐述了学科馆员制的内涵,分析了学科馆员制的作用及专升本高校实行学科馆员制的有利条件,提出了实施学科馆员制应注意的几个问题。This paper expounds the connotations of subject librarian system,analyzes the functions of subject librarian system and the advantages of university upgraded from college in implementing the subject librarian system,and puts forward some problems needing attention in implementing the subject librarian system.
