摘　　要：公共图书馆是读者开展阅读活动的重要场所。指出了阅读的重要性,以唐山市图书馆为例,介绍了图书馆开展的全民阅读活动,并探讨了网络阅读。The public library is an important place for developing the reading activity.This paper points out the importance of reading,and taking Tangshan Library as an example,introduces the national reading activity developed by the library,and probes into the network reading.
