摘　　要：论述了民族精神的内涵以及弘扬民族精神的意义,分析了当前大学生在弘扬和培育民族精神方面存在的问题,探讨了高校图书馆在对大学生进行民族教育方面应发挥的作用,对高校图书馆如何弘扬和培育大学生的民族精神提出了一些建议。This paper discusses the connotations of the national spirit and the significance of promoting the national spirit,analyzes some problems existing currently in the promotion and cultivation of university students＇national spirit,probes into the functions of university library in carrying out the national education for university students,and puts forward some suggestions on promoting and cultivating the national education for university students by university library.
