摘　　要：从如何对图书馆志愿者进行网络化管理入手,探讨了图书馆志愿者网站建设的意义,阐述了图书馆志愿者网站的主要功能及设计方案,提出了图书馆志愿者网站的运行策略。Starting from how to make the network management for library volunteers,this paper probes into the significance of constructing the library volunteers website,expounds the main functions and design schemes of the library volunteers website,and puts forward some operating strategies of the library volunteers website.
