摘　　要：指出乌昌一体化为两地图书馆的整合发展提供了契机,分析了乌昌两地图书馆的整合现状,提出了乌昌两地图书馆整合的步骤。This paper points out that Urumqi -Changji economic integration brings about the opportunities to the integrated development of the libraries in Urumqi and Changji,analyzes the current integration of the libraries in Urumqi and Changji,and puts forward the procedures of the integration of the libraries in Urumqi and Changji.
