摘　　要：概述了近年来我国在光敏核不育水稻的理论与应用方面存在的一些问题，对这些问题作了分析与探讨，认为光敏雄性不育现象是一种复杂的光温、生理、生态现象，其育性表达虽然主要受光温的双重影响，但还与多种因素有关，其具体作用机理仍不清楚。要达到更好地操纵这一遗传工具来为人类服务，还需做大量工作。The problems in research and application of photoperiod sensitive male sterile rice in our country in recent years were summarized, and a preliminary analysis and discussion was given. The phenomena of photoperiod sensitive male sterility,including photo thermo, physiologic and ecologic phenomena are also very complicated. Although the fertile expression is mainly controlled by photo thermo factors,many other factors are also involved. However, the effect mechanism is yet unknown.In order to make full use of the genetic material to serve the mankind, a great deal of work still needs to be done.
