摘  要:采用叶片喷施镁、锌、硼、锰元素对烤烟产量质量影响的研究表明:锰、锌、镁肥处理的烟叶产值提高8~11%,硼肥处理使产量和质量下降。锰、锌肥可提高硝酸还原酶活性、光合速率和叶绿素含量,锰肥处理的烟碱,全氮、蛋白质、总糖,还原糖含量提高。氯离子显著降低。锌肥处理各项指标略有提高。镁肥处理的烟碱,氯离子含量增加,烟叶酸碱失调。硼肥处理的烟碱,还原糖增加,氯离子降低,烟叶酸碱较协调。叶面适当喷施锰、锌肥对烤烟的生理生化指标和产、质量具有良好促进作用。The effect of B, Mg, Zn, Mn on the production and quality of flue_cured tobacco were studied, the result were as follows: Mn, Zn and Mg fertilier could increase the productive value permu from 8% to 11% B fertilizer decrease the production and quality, Mn and Zn fertilizer could preomote the activity of nitrate reductase and photosynthesis. The content of chlorophyll was higher in this treatment. But B fertilizer decrease these indices: The indices under treatment of Mg fertilizer were near that of control. The treatment under Mn fertiliter could increase the content of total nitrogen, protein, total sugar, reductive sugar and nicotine and decrease sharply the content of Cl.All indices were slightly increased by the treatment of Zn fertiliter. Mg fertiliter increase the contents of Cl, but leading to strong imbalance of acid and alkli in this treatment. B fertiliter increased the contents of nicotine and reductive sugar, but decreased the content of Cl. So applying Mn and Zn fertilizer properly had promoting effects on the physiological and biochemcal indices and the prodution and quality of flue_cured tobacco.
