济南市273例健康人血清载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ、A-Ⅱ和B的定量分析

摘　　要：测定273例健康人血清ApoA-Ⅰ,A-Ⅱ和B的正常值。结果男性ApoA-Ⅰ与年龄、TCh、A-Ⅱ和ApoB呈正相关,与HDL-ch呈负相关。女性ApoA-Ⅰ只与年龄和ApoB呈正相关。ApoA-Ⅱ只在男性与ApoB呈正相关。ApoB与TCh,A-Ⅰ,LDL-ch呈显著正相关。女性还与年龄和TG呈正相关。The normal levels of ApoA-Ⅰ,A-Ⅱ and B in Jinan area werereported.The ApoA-Ⅰ concentration in men were positively correlated withage,TCh,ApoA-Ⅱ and B,negatively with HDL-ch.The ApoA-Ⅰ concentra-tion in women was positively correlated only with ApoB.The ApoA-Ⅱ levelwas positively correted with ApoB only in men.ApoB level was signifi-cantly correlated positively with TCh,ApoA-Ⅰ and LDL-ch in both men andwomen,and also with age and TG in women.
