摘　　要：采用McAb ELISA捕捉法检测流行性出血热(EHF)患者血清特异性IgM抗体,检测EHF病人血清351份,总阳性率为94.58%,而正常人血清和非EHF病人血清146份全部阴性。第2病日血清中即可检出EHF-IgM抗体,第4、6病日阳性率分别为87.50%和96.43%,第8病日26份血清全部阳性。对1例典型EHF病人血清IgM抗体动态观察,发现病后1周抗体滴度最高,病后1个月明显下降,病后3个月转阴。ELISA-IgM antibody-capture assay was used for detectionof epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF)IgM antibody in sera.The IgMantibody of 351 sera from EHF patients was examined.The positive rateswere 94.58%.146 sera of normal persons and non-EHF patients werenegative.It was found that the IgM antibody appeared as early as the 2nd illness day by ELISA.The positive rates of the IgM antibody were 87.5%,96.4% 100% at the 4th,6th,8th illness day respectively.A sequentialobservation on the serum specific IgM antibody response of EHF was adesystematically.It was found that the IgM antibody was the highest at the7th illness day.IgM titer begined to decrease at the 30th illness day.After3 months,the IgM antibody in sera from typical patient was negative.
