微电极介人苍白球毁损术治疗帕金森病的护理

摘　　要：微电极介入苍白球定向毁损术治疗帕金森病是目前世界上的最佳方法，介绍了采用这项先进技术治疗帕金森病１００例患者手术前后的护理体会。认为结合本病特，点，加强术前心理护理及术前教育与患者术中是否能认真配合手术有密切关系；加强术后康复护理及整体指导对患者树立自信、提高术后生活质量具有重要意义。Microelertrode - guided pallidotomy is the treatment preferred for Parkinsons disease currently. From thebeginning of October, 1997 to the end of March, 1998, 90 patients suffering from parkinson 's disease underwentpallidotomy busing microrecording techniques at our hospital. In this study, we summarized nursing care experience ofpreoperation and postoperation. We get two conclusions: ( 1 ) Because there are some psychological characteristis inParkinson's disease,patient ' s proper and conscientions caperaton during operation are closely related to intensifyingpsychic care and education before operation ; ( 2) Reinforcing rehabilitation care and comprehensive guidence after opercationare very significent for patients having confidence and improving life quality.
