冠心病早期血清脂蛋白胆固醇与载脂蛋白的研究

摘　　要：38例心电图踏车运动试验阳性的病例组与同期踏车运动试验阴性的71例对照组进行血脂特征和影响因素的对比研究。病例组TC、LDL-C显著高于对照组,两组HDL-C无显著性差异,但HDL_2-C病例组显著低于对照组,HDL_3-C差异却不显著。病例组Apo-A-I显著低于对照组。病例组TC/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C显著高于对照组,而HDL-C/TC显著低于对照组。HDL-C与HDL_2-C在对照组呈显著性正相关,两组相关系数有显著性差异,HDL_2-C/HDL_3-C只有对照组呈显著正相关。多元逐步回归分析也支持HDL_2-C是抗动脉粥样硬化的关键因素。Thirty-eight cases of CHD early detected by electrocardiogra- phic bicycle exercise testing,concurrently,71 cases of negative of the te- sting as a contorol group were studied to analysis the characteristic of the lipoprotein and the apoprotein.There is no significant different between both groups in term of sex,age,history of diseases,smoking,drinking, etc.The results indicated there is no significant difference of HDL-C between both groups but the HDL_2-C in case group is remarkablely lower than that in control group,reversely,the HDL_3-C does not significantly different bet- ween both groups.The Apo-AI in control group is significantly heigher than in case group.The correlation between HDL-C and HDL_2-C,HDL_2-C/ HDL_3-C in control group shows significant positive one.The correlation coefficient of HDL-C with HDL_2-C in control group is significant higher than that in case group.The decline of HDL_2-C and HDL_2-C/HDL_3 -C are main risk factor for the developing of CHD.
