摘　　要：空间异质性和产业专业化紧密相关,区域专业化吸引产业空间集聚。地方经济增长需要研究空间异质性问题。空间异质性可以用初始条件、历史因素和社会资本三个维度来刻画,它们构成了产业空间集聚的根植性机理。社会资本主要促成企业的动态能力。企业主动生成和利用个体层面及组织层面的社会资本。社会资本的社会文化、关系网络和制度属性形成了产业集聚主动性。产业集聚根植性和主动性构建了地方经济增长的本质。Space heterogeneity is closely related with industrial specialization.And regional specialization brings about the industrial agglomeration.It is necessary for local economic growth to make a research on special heterogeneity.There are such three dimensions to characterize spatial heterogeneity as initial conditions,historical factors,and social capital.Social capital is mainly contributed to dynamic capacity of an enterprise.Embedding and initiative of industrial agglomeration constitutes the essence of local economic growth.
