摘　　要：首次提出脉象基值这一新概念,脉象基值简单地说就是个体正常水平的量化数值。基值的产生是由于每个人的生理体质的不同,导致其基础脉象的生物学特征和病理情况下表现的脉象也有所不同。我们之所以提出这个概念,就是要以常衡变,"常"一是指众人之常,一是指本人之常。通过脉位的浮沉、脉搏速率、脉管的粗细、脉象的流利度和紧张度以及力度等方面来推测常人脉象的病理改变,对于指导临床有一定意义。A new concept,the based level of the pulse,is first suggested in this paper,in simply speaking,it means the quantification of individual normal level.Because the difference of individual physical fitness,the pulse is variative in biological characteristics and pathological condition.The reason that we presented this new concept just for measure the variation by the normal level.This new concept has certain significance.
