摘  要:目的:探讨乳没生肌散、龙血竭对组织工程皮肤移植后VEGF表达的影响。方法:利用人成纤维细胞、角质形成细胞构建组织工程皮肤,并植入裸鼠皮肤缺损创面,实验动物随机分为乳没生肌散外敷组、龙血竭外敷组、龙血竭内服组、龙血竭外敷并内服组5组,并以不用药组为对照组。术后9d取材,冰冻切片,行HE染色,免疫荧光双标检测VEGF的表达。结果:术后9d,各组创面愈合,表皮层较厚,真皮层致密,生肌中药治疗后毛细血管增生明显,VEGF阳性表达增强,龙血竭外敷并内服组表达最强。结论:生肌中药能促进组织工程皮肤移植后VEGF的表达,有利于再血管化。Objective:To investigate VEGF expression of transplanted tissue engineering skin treated by Ru Mo Sheng Ji San and Resina Draconis on cutaneous deficiency.Methods:The dermal scaffolds were reconstructed with human skin fibroblasts and transplanted the keratocyte of human.The tissue engineering skin was transplanted into naked mice full thickness skin defects.The animals were divided randomly into five groups:Ru Mo Sheng Ji San external application group,Resina Draconis external application group,Resina Draconis oral administration group,Resina Draconis external application and oral administration group,operation control group.The differentiation tissue of the tissue engineering skin was sampled at 9d after being transplanted.The sections were observed with HE staining,and di-labeled immunofluorescence method to test VEGF.Results:Promoting Tissue Regeneration Chinese Medicine promoted the development of epidermis and dermals after transplanted the tissue engineering skin.There were many capillaries in dermis.The expression of VEGF were stronger than that of other groups.Conclusion:Promoting Tissue Regeneration Chinese Medicine can promote the expression of VEGF after transplanted tissue engineering skin.
