鸡激素性股骨头缺血性坏死动物模型的建立

摘　　要：本文报道肌肉注射大剂量甲基氢化泼尼松６～１８周，引起鸡的股骨头缺血性坏死，包括骨髓水肿、造血细胞减少，脂肪细胞肥大，大量空骨细胞陷窝，软骨下骨折塌陷及坏死反修复反应。结果表明双下肢负重的鸡，其病理变化比较接近人类，死亡率低，制作激素性股骨头缺血性坏死动物模型比用家兔更为理想。Evidence of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head was observed in animals that received weekly injection of methyl prednisolone over a six to eighteen week peorid, including marrow edema, diminished hemotopoiesis, fat cell hypertrophy, the empty osteocyte lacunae, subchondral fracture and repairing response markedly increased, The results suggested that the animal model using chickens for steroid induced ischemic necrosis of the femoral head was better than that of using rabbits.
