乙型肝炎特异性转移因子的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：用乙型肝炎疫苗免疫山羊,待其产生免疫后,放血取脾制备乙型肝炎特异性转移因子(GS-TFhbv)。产品经过鉴定,质量符合全国第一届TF会议制定的人TF制检规程要求。对112例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病人和40例对照组进行临床治疗观察,证实GS-TFhbv治疗组在细胞免疫功能改善、HBsAg、HBeAg的阴转率及抗-HBe阳转率、甲皱微循环的改善及转归上优于对照组。The specific transfer factor of hepatitis B was prepared with goat splenocytes immunized by hepatitis B vaccine(GS-TFhbv).112 chro- nic hepatitis B patients were treated with GS-TFhbv and 40 cases made up as control groups.The results confirmed that the cellular immunity shows obvious improvement,that HBsAg,HBeAg become negtive in 18.89% and 44.26% of treated patients,respectively,and the transpositive rate of anti-HBe antibody reaches to 16.28,as well as that the microcirculation of finger nail bed in treatment groups is better than that of control, suggesting that GS-TFhbv is an immune regulator and no toxicity and side effects in immunotherapy for hepatitis B patients.
