摘　　要：本文主要介绍了"云技术"的特点和应用情况,提出将自动化控制技术与互联网技术相结合的系统平台设计方法,采用"云管理、云控制、云服务、云诊断"的系统设计理念和面向"服务"的设计思想进行系统平台设计技术要点。The paper briefly introduces the characteristics and application of the ＂Cloud＂ , proposes system platform design combining automatic control technology with Internet technology and the system design concepts of ＂cloud management, cloud control, cloud services, cloud diagnosis＂ and the design concepts oriented to ＂service＂ .
