摘　　要：本文主要介绍了接线板端盖产品的排样，零件的性能，对工艺方案进行了分析，提出了解决的方案。提高了生产效率，保证了零件的产品质量要求；同时介绍了相应的模具结构，技术要求以及怎样装配与调试模具等．对同类产品具有借禁作用。This paper describes the wiring board products, nesting cover, parts of the performance and process analysis of the program put forward solutions, to improve production efficiency, and ensure product quality requirements of parts. Also introduced the corresponding mold structure, technical requirements and how to assemble and debug mold and so on have a reference for similar products.
