南海海绵Gellius cymiformis化学成分的研究

摘　　要：从中国南海海绵Gellius cymiformis的乙酸乙酯可溶部分获得2个有机化合物,通过LR,’HNMR,^(13)CNMR,DEPT,EIMS和~1H-~1HCOSY等实验确定为:△^(4.5)(E)-鞘氨醇-正十五碳酸酰胺(Ⅰ),胆甾-6-烯-5a,8a-环二氧-3β-醇(Ⅱ).化合物(Ⅰ)为首次从海绵中分离获得;化合物(Ⅱ)目前国内尚未见文献报导.本文也是首次报导化合物(Ⅱ)的红外和碳谱数据.Two known compounds were isolated from the marine sponge Gellius cymiformis (Esper)of South China Sea. The crud ethanol extract was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water, then between n-butanol and water. The ethyl acetate fraction was chromatographed on silica gel and sephadex-LH20 column to obtain a sphingosine derivatives-N-[2-hydyoxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)-3-heptadecenyl]-pentadecanamide(Ⅰ)and a known epidioxy sterol-5α,8α-Epidioxycholesta-6-en-3β-ol (Ⅱ). Their structures were determined by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,DEPT,EIMS,1H-1HCOSY data. Compound(Ⅰ)is first found in the marine sponge,and the IR and 13CNMR data of compound(Ⅱ) were first reported.
