摘　　要：Statine及其类似物存在于一些具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎症等生理活性的天然产物之中.本文简要介绍Statine及其类似物的存在及生理活性,并从不同的起始原料出发,介绍它们的立体选择性合成.Statine and some of its analogues are essential constituents of naturally occurring small pep-tide such as pepstatin,cyclic depsiptide. In this paper we give a brife review on bioactivity and natural occurrence of the peptide as well as steroselective synthesis of statine and its analogues from different starting materials.
