野葛藤茎的异黄酮类化学成分

摘　　要：从野葛Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi藤茎中分离得到5个异黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:大豆甙元(daidzein),芒柄花异黄酮(formononetin),6,7-二甲氧基-3’,4’-次甲二氧基异黄酮(6,7-dimethoxy-3’,4’-methlenedioxyisoflavone),大豆甙(daidzin)和葛根素(puerarin).Five known isoflavonids, daidzein ((1), formononetin ( 2 ), 6, 7-dimethoxy-3', 4 '-methylenedioxyisoflavone(3),daidzin(4) and puerarin(5),were isolated from the vines of Pueraria lobata(Willd. )Ohwi. Their structures were elucidated by comparison with literature data(Mp,UV,IR, NMR,MS,etc. ).
