摘　　要：目的:总结分析1999～2008年河北省病残儿医学鉴定的相关情况。方法:回顾性资料分析。结果:经鉴定的病残儿童疾病非遗传性疾病发病率明显高于遗传性疾病,神经系统疾病发病率居首位,占到所有病例的1/3以上,呈逐年上升趋势,农村儿童发病率高于城市,但呈逐年下降趋势,城市儿童发病率呈上升趋势。结论:加强优生优育科普知识宣传,制定相应措施预防出生缺陷。Objective：To analyze the data of disabled children applied for medical authentication between 1999 and 2008 in Hebei Province.Methods：A retrospective analysis was conducted.Results：The incidence of the noninherited disorders was higher than that of the inherited disorders.The nervous system deformity was the most common disease,accounting for one-third of the diagnosed diseases of the disabled children,and the occurrence rate increased with years.The incidence of the diseases was higher in the rural areas and decreased with years,while ascended in the urban areas.Conclusion：The popularization of knowledge on birth defect prevention should be strengthened,and the effective measures should be taken.
