标准化技能培训提高手术室护理人员临床技能的效果研究

摘　　要：目的通过标准化、系统化的专业技能培训,提高手术室护理人员临床实践能力,提高优质服务水平,提高患者满意率。方法实施"一条主线、两个结合、三种考核"的标准化技能培训方式。一条主线:即以临床应用为主线,实施基础护理培训和专科护理培训;两个结合:即采用基础护理培训和专科护理培训相结合、理论与实践相结合;三种考核:即在临床实践中进行理论考核、操作考核和就手术患者对手术护士满意度进行测评,比较培训前后理论操作考试成绩和患者满意度。结果理论、操作考核得分与满意率调查均较培训前有显著提高(p<0.01)。结论通过标准化技能培训提高了手术室护士操作技能水平和专业素质,提升了护理服务水平,增强了患者满意率。标准化技能培训是提高手术室护理质量的重要方法之一。Objective：To improve the clinical practice ability of operating room nurses,nursing level of service,and the patients＇satisfaction rate by standardized and systematic professional skills training. Methods：The methods used can be summarized as＂A main line, Two combinations, Three assessments＂.A main line is that basic nursing training and specialist nursing training are implemented for the purpose of clinical application; Two combinations include the combination of theory and practice ,as well as basic nursing training and professional nursing training; Three Assessments are reflected in the theoretical knowledge, clinical operation skills and patient satisfaction. Results：The results show that the operating room nurses＇operational skills, professional quality and the level of nursing service are improved. The ratio of patient satisfaction with the services is increased. All the examinations after training are better than before （p〈0.01）. Conclusion：Skills training is one important way to improve the nursing quality of the operating room.
