摘  要:利用转矩流变仪和白度颜色测定仪,研究硬脂酸钙和锌盐复配体系对聚氯乙烯(PVC)加工性能及热稳定性能的影响。结果表明:当硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌的质量比为5∶4时,PVC的动态热稳定时间为767 s,在10 min和15 min加工时间下的蓝光白度分别为45.48和37.40,其综合性能最好。硬脂酸钙/十二酸锌体系初期热稳定效果最好,在10 min加工时间下的蓝光白度为52.88。硬脂酸锌、十二酸锌和硬脂酸钙三者复配使用没有协同作用。The effect of the calcium stearate and zinc salts compounded system on processability and thermal stability of PVC, by torque rheometer and whiteness meter. The research showed that Ca/Zn thermal stabilizers had the best comprehensive properties when the ratio of calcium stearate to zinc stearate (by weight) was 5:4, the dynamic thermal stabilizing time was 767 s, blue whiteness was 45. 48 and 37. 40 when the processing time was 10 rain and 15 rain, respectively. Calcium stearate-zinc laurate compound showed the best early-term stability and the blue whiteness was 52.88 when the processing time was 10 min. However, good synergistic stabilizing effects were not observed when zinc stearate, zinc laurate and calcium stearate used together.
