摘  要:通过热重分析(TGA)研究聚甲醛(POM)、POM/抗氧剂1010、POM/1010/HBS体系的热稳定性,并通过Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Coats-Redfern法分析其非等温热降解动力学,计算得到动力学参数。结果表明:在失重率为1%时,POM/1010/HBS的温度高出纯POM28.7℃;随着热失重率的提高,POM、POM/1010体系的降解活化能均呈下降趋势,而加入HBS后,体系的降解活化能呈上升趋势;说明热稳定剂HBS与抗氧剂1010有较好的协同作用,能够有效提高POM的热稳定性。The thermal stability of polyoxymethylene (POM), POM/antioxidant 1010,POM/1010/HBS were studied by means of Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA). The non-isothermal degradation kinetics were analyzed and the kinetic parameters were calculated by Flynn-Wall- Ozawa method and Coats-Redfern method. The results showed that the 1% weight loss temperature of POM/1010/HBS was 28.7 ℃ higher than the 1% weight loss temperature of POM. Furthermore, the degradation activation energy of POM ,POM/1010 decreased while the rate of weight loss increased. Contrarily,the degradation activation energy of POM/1010/HBS increased. Therefore,thermal stabilizer HBS and antioxidant 1010 had a good synergistic effect,the thermal stability of POM was improved remarkably.
