摘  要:以柞蚕蛹血淋巴40%,10%的麦乳精溶液30%,鸡蛋黄20%,N'S溶液10%为培养液,聚丙烯薄膜为卵膜,制成人工卵。涂以8%聚乙烯醇溶液作为引诱剂,繁殖玉米螟赤眼蜂。处理组人工卵寄生率、化蛹卵率、羽化卵率和寄生效率分别为81.85%、78.16%、85.79%和0.5488,而对照组仅分别为28.18%、18.56%、23.60%和0.0123,产卵引诱物质能明显提高玉米螟赤眼蜂在人工卵上的寄生作用。The experiment on culture of Trichogramma ostriniae in vitro was conductedin laboratory' Artificial medium was composed of pupal hemolymph of Antheraea pernyi40%, 10% malt solution 30%, chicken yolk 20 %, Neisenheimer's salt solution 10%,penicillium 400 unit/ml and streptomycin 400 unit/ml. Artificial 'chorion' was made ofpolypropylene film (32-36μm in thickness). The artificial 'host eggs' was manufactured with the 'tri-ring' method. 8% water solution of polyvinyl alcohol was used asoviposition stimulants. The percentages of artificial 'eggs' with parasitoid eggs, pupaeand emerged adults were 81.85%, 78. 16% and 85. 79% respectively. In the control(Without stimulant), the percentages of artificial 'eggs' with parasitoid eggs, pupaeand emerged adults were only 28.18%, 18. 56 % and 23. 60% respectively. The stimulating function of polyvinyl alcohol to T. ostriniae was very significant. T. ostriniae is abetter trichogrammatid species for parasitizing the eggs of Ostrinia furnacalis.It wouldyield a good result to develop and utilize T. ostriniae for controlling O. fursacalis.Butthere are still some difficulties in mass production of the natural host eggs for rearing T.ostriniae.It would be possible to rear it in vitro as the method to replace the natural hosteggs for mass rearing T. ostriniae.
