摘  要:报道了在棉花自花授粉后,利用花粉管通道将0.5mmol/LNaN3直接导入鲁锦6号的胚囊中,在变异后代中,采取系统选择的方法,选育出了一个早熟品系,它的熟期比鲁棉6号提前25天,并且性状稳定。经过时鲁棉6号和早熟株系进行RAPD分析,结果表明,NaN3可以引起后代DNA序列的广泛变异,并且棉花基因组可能存在着诱变剂作用的热点。his study reports that 0.5mmol/L NaN3 was introduced into Lumian No.6directly through pollen tube after selt-pollination of cotton An early maturing plantline was obtained from their varied offsprings using pedigree method. It matured 25dags earlier than that cf Lumian No.6 The line stabililed in character. Through RAPDanalysis (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) of the Lumian No.6 and earlymaturing line. the results indicated that the great variation of DNA sequence ofoffsprings could be caused ky treating zygoted with NaN and the hot site mutated bymutagenic agent may be existence in cotton genome.
