灯泡式水轮发电机组管形座安装工艺分析

摘　　要：灯泡式水轮发电机组水头要求低、施工投入少,便于在平原地区建设。结合富金坝水电站工程,介绍灯泡式水轮发电机组管形座的安装难点和特点,并阐述管形座的测量放线、结构形式以及各个部件的安装工艺流程。同时对安装工艺的质量控制进行介绍。管形座整体安装检查结果表明,质量满足相应的规范要求,从而保证其他施工工序的顺利进行。The requirements of water head are low in bulb turbine and construction is simple,so it is convenient to build in plain area.Taking the engineering of Fujin Dam Hydropower Station as example,installation difficulties and characteristics are introduced about tubular support in bulb turbine.Besides,measurement and setting out,structural type and installation technology flow of every part are outlined.The quality control of installation technology is introduced.The results of installation check show that quality can meet the demands of corresponding codes,which can ensure the process of other technology.
